Several Financing Options Available

Budget your services

To help make payments at Northeastern Dental as clear and understandable as possible, please read about our financial policy.

 

All insurance plans are different, but most insurance plans cover a percentage of dental treatment rendered. We will make every attempt to verify coverage of services, (but you as the patient are responsible for the percentage of dental treatment not covered by your insurance plan). This percentage should be paid at time of treatment.

 

Most insurance plans have a "once-per-year" deductible. We ask that any deductible required by your insurance plan be paid at the time of the applicable visit. Please check your insurance plan or ask our front desk what your deductible for the year would be.

We understand dental work may need to be budgeted. With this in mind, all major work over $300.00 requires a 50% deposit for work to be started.

 

The remaining 50% is to be paid before the dental work is delivered unless other arrangements are made in advance through the office manager.

We also provide the services of Care Credit, an 18-month, interest-free account. All accounts are required to be paid in full in three (3) months.

Ask about prepayment plans

Many patients choose to prepay for dental work they know they need. When the credit balance reaches 50%, they can make an appointment to have their dental work done.

 

Any account with non-payment for a consecutive 60-day billing cycle may be submitted to a collection agency.

Although we do not participate with other dental plans, we would submit the claim. As a patient, you would be responsible for the amount that the insurance did not cover.
